Responsibilities

Drive the delivery of customer and business outcomes within the Courts domain as part of a design and engineering triad
Take ownership of feature areas and roadmap initiatives, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer needs
Translate high-level strategic goals into an actionable product roadmap
Perform user research, competitive analysis, and work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities
Build clear business cases and adapt quickly as new data and feedback emerge
Develop deep empathy for customers and expert understanding of court-related workflows
Work closely with legal professionals and internal subject matter experts
Supplement qualitative insights with data analysis to validate and shape product direction
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept to launch to iteration
Write detailed product requirements
Partner with design and engineering on solutioning and drive delivery through execution
Balance delivering customer value with technical feasibility and business constraints
Support go-to-market and customer enablement efforts in partnership with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales
Help define success metrics, track adoption, and iterate based on performance and feedback
