Responsibilities

  • Product strategy: Collect business challenges via market research and customer interviews; formulate CRM product strategy and new features based on data analysis and market research to maximize competitiveness
  • Product lifecycle management: Manage full process from planning, development, deployment to operations; collaborate with development team to advance design and development; manage development schedules and ensure quality
  • Proposal and delivery support: Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to explain product features and development roadmap in proposals; support customer deployment and post-deployment operations, monitor customer product usage
  • Technology and innovation: Conceptualize new CRM solutions leveraging latest AI, BI tools, and data analytics
  • Lead product strategy and product management for integrated solutions covering CRM, AI, BI, and Data
  • Contribute to revenue growth and market share expansion through customer-centric product strategy
