Senior Product Manager – AI Platform

Position Overview

PointClickCare is seeking an outstanding Senior Product Manager – AI Platform to contribute to our vision and strategy for operationalizing AI Models. In this role, you will define and own roadmaps for AI Models within the broader AI platform, driving execution to ensure overall success across our entire product portfolio. You will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience of AI in health data platforms, including development, product use, and adaptation based on customer feedback. Your track record of building sophisticated and transformative solutions, from discovery to implementation to delivery, coupled with a collaborative approach, will ensure successful outcomes for our customers and optimize time to value.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and represent the needs of current and future users of AI models, delivered within a broader AI platform.
• Contribute to the strategy and multi-year AI Platform roadmap to enable products and users to deliver improved health outcomes and clinician efficiency, among other business goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, User Experience, Technical Writers, and other product managers, leveraging modern agile processes and Design Thinking.
• Liaise with Product teams and other functions to ensure successful adoption and support use in product launches and releases.

Key Strengths & Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Product Management experience. Preference for experience with healthcare data and intelligence (ML, NLP).
• 2+ years working with ML/NLP, including experience with production use cases and adapting based on customer feedback.
• Experience working with multiple product teams and data science teams on complex AI scope.
• 2+ years working within a broader health data platform, with experience using commercial tools (Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Open AI studio, Cloudera, etc.) or a custom-built data platform.
• Familiarity with Healthcare Data and its use across PointClickCare’s customer segments and users.
• Work experience in a relevant field.
