Responsibilities

  • Supporting the medical and scientific position of Ferring’s key Gastroenterology, Urology, and Reproductive / Women’s Health initiatives via research and Sales / Marketing support
  • Implementing the Brand Plan for one or more products, including planning and organizing field marketing activities
  • Adapting and executing international marketing strategies to suit local market dynamics
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans for assigned products
  • Creating, adapting, and managing promotional materials to support brand objectives
  • Presenting promotional materials at kick-off meetings and leading training sessions for Medical Representatives and/or Key Account Managers
  • Monitoring product performance, market trends, and competitor activities; conducting sales analysis and recommending corrective actions when necessary
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and relevant scientific societies
  • Representing the company at major scientific meetings and congresses
  • Managing the promotional budget for assigned products effectively
  • Forecasting product demand and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure supply alignment
