Requirements

  • Ability to design, implement, and maintain quarterly and annual OKR frameworks, facilitate objective setting, alignment, and retrospectives
  • Expertise in defining, instrumenting, and tracking portfolio and product KPIs (e.g., growth, adoption, reliability), establishing definitions, guardrails, alerting, escalation, variance analyses, and root cause reviews
  • Proficiency in running portfolio operating cadence, including intake, prioritization, capacity/velocity planning, commercialization roadmap reviews, product delivery forums, release milestones, and maintaining a single source of truth for multi-quarter roadmaps, tradeoffs, scenario plans, and change controls
  • Experience in co-owning annual operating plans (AOP), rolling forecasts, quarterly outlooks, business case modeling for initiatives (e.g., re-pricing, upsell, scale economics), tracking benefit realization, and driving portfolio cost/ROI/unit economics transparency and resource reallocations
  • Skills in delivering decision-ready analysis for pricing, commercialization, adoption levers, and product performance, synthesizing insights into narratives, and preparing executive materials (e.g., for Product Delivery Forum) with storylines, visuals, and actions
  • Capability to lead employee engagement, including quarterly pulse surveys, action plans, communications cadence, recognition programs linked to OKRs, onboarding processes, offsites, retrospectives, and cross-team forums
  • Ability to serve as a strategic operator for ad hoc projects, such as market scans, partnership/vendor evaluations, AI/automation assessments, cost reduction pilots, portfolio simplification, and client escalations, including standing up workstreams, defining scope/metrics, and driving outcomes
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and operational skills in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment like payments/technology

Responsibilities

  • Drive operating rhythm, portfolio governance, decision quality, analytics, and team engagement for Digital Issuer Solutions
  • Own OKR/KPI framework, business performance tracking, alerting/escalation, variance/root cause analyses
  • Orchestrate end-to-end product/technology roadmap, support intake/prioritization/capacity planning, manage commercialization reviews, delivery forums, milestones, and roadmap alignment to strategy/customer commitments
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning; co-own AOP/forecasts/outlooks with Finance/Product; model business cases; track realization; drive cost/ROI transparency and reallocations
  • Deliver strategy analytics and executive reporting on pricing, commercialization, adoption, performance; prepare materials for forums; improve planning calendars/playbooks/roadmap gates
  • Lead employee engagement programs: pulse surveys/action plans, communications, recognition, onboarding, offsites/retrospectives, cross-team activities for collaboration and psychological safety
  • Spearhead high-impact ad hoc strategic projects for Digital priorities (e.g., market scans, partnerships, AI assessments, portfolio simplification, escalations)
  • Maintain business planning calendar, playbooks, and ensure alignment across product lines
