Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in retirement plan administration, consulting, or recordkeeping systems
- Strong knowledge of ERISA and retirement plan regulations including DOL and IRS requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, DOL, and other regulatory agencies for various retirement plans
- Lead project implementations and plan design changes
- Serve as subject matter expert on Humana sponsored retirement plans and one non-qualified deferred compensation plan
- Collaborate with HR, Finance partners, recordkeeper, and external auditors on annual plan audit, testing, and filings
- Work with Executive compensation on executive programs and executive onboarding
- Lead discussions with vendor partners on ongoing retirement plan updates and regulatory changes
- Support Merger and Acquisition activities
- Collaborate with internal partners regarding data analytics across all Retirement and Financial Well-being programs and benefits
- Develop and maintain plan documentation, standard operating procedures, and participant communications
