Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in retirement plan administration, consulting, or recordkeeping systems
  • Strong knowledge of ERISA and retirement plan regulations including DOL and IRS requirements
  • Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local regulations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, DOL, and other regulatory agencies for various retirement plans
  • Lead project implementations and plan design changes
  • Serve as subject matter expert on Humana sponsored retirement plans and one non-qualified deferred compensation plan
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance partners, recordkeeper, and external auditors on annual plan audit, testing, and filings
  • Work with Executive compensation on executive programs and executive onboarding
  • Lead discussions with vendor partners on ongoing retirement plan updates and regulatory changes
  • Support Merger and Acquisition activities
  • Collaborate with internal partners regarding data analytics across all Retirement and Financial Well-being programs and benefits
  • Develop and maintain plan documentation, standard operating procedures, and participant communications
