Candidates should possess 4-6 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on AI/ML products, and a proven track record of shipping AI-powered enterprise B2B products. Experience with autonomous systems, conversational AI, or intelligent automation is preferred. A strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems is required, along with familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and autonomous decision-making systems. The ability to work with technical teams on API design and system architecture, and experience with data-driven product development and A/B testing methodologies are essential. Understanding of supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement is a strong plus.
The Product Manager will define and execute the product roadmap for agentic AI solutions, identify new opportunities for AI agents across supply chain domains, and develop business cases for new digital workers. They will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for autonomous AI agents, define agent capabilities, learning mechanisms, and collaboration frameworks, and establish metrics for agent performance. Responsibilities also include partnering with engineering and data science teams to implement continuous learning systems, coordinating with customer success, sales, and marketing, and creating detailed product requirements for agentic AI systems. The role involves defining APIs and integration points, establishing guardrails and governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making, and engaging directly with enterprise customers to understand pain points and conduct user research.
