The ML Product Owner will own and prioritize the ML roadmap, aligning it with company and product goals. This includes translating business needs into ML use cases such as recommendations, personalization, demand forecasting, and fraud detection. The role involves working with stakeholders to identify opportunities for ML to drive measurable outcomes, defining success metrics for ML features, and tracking their business impact. Collaboration with the ML Tech Lead and engineering team to deliver scalable, production-ready features is key, as is communicating ML strategy and progress to leadership and clients. Staying current with market and industry trends in ML for retail and bringing relevant innovations into the roadmap is also a responsibility.
