Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a background in the Retail industry, preferably working with large retailers, and experience in driving transformation projects. This role requires experience working across complex technical landscapes and delivering backend data integration solutions that support supply chain operations at scale. Familiarity with agile methodologies and a willingness to travel 0%-15% is also expected.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product life cycle, describing playable requirements, and defining scheduling. The role involves driving cross-team collaboration, aligning product delivery with transformation roadmaps, translating technical concepts into business language, and ensuring the compliance and performance of data pipelines. Additionally, the Product Manager will facilitate sprint planning and participate in sprint retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
