  • Not a project manager; able to voice opinion, argue decisions, and translate arguments into conclusions

Responsibilities

  • Be the first PM and own a product area (not a single product)
  • Deeply live and breathe a single customer persona; do whatever it takes to serve that customer
  • Drive a business outcome (e.g., $XX ARR or XX enterprise customers); sub-OKRs around usage are fine but not main OKR
  • Span across PDE to GTM: work closely with engineering and design to ship products; work with PMM and AEs to figure out marketing angle and pain points
  • Talk to customers every day
