Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience owning a product or a set of features and being responsible for its ultimate success
  • At least 2 years of SaaS experience
  • Track record of shipping and improving software and driving business impact through the feature/product owned
  • Experience shipping products and/or features across multiple platforms that utilize OS-level APIs
  • Radical ownership of the problem space: identify problems and make them go away
  • Good understanding of security, technology, and platform infrastructure trends that drive customer integration needs
  • Action-bias that won’t wait to create change
  • Obsession with internal customer problems
  • Strong presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that scale from technical to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to inspire and bring together different teams and stakeholders to drive forward, solve problems, and remove roadblocks
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and use data (both qualitative and quantitative) to drive decision-making
  • Background and experience in user privacy, security, identity, and access management (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for how 1Password integrates with platform-specific credential manager APIs
  • Partner closely with external teams to deliver a seamless, secure, and consistent experience across every device (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
  • Lead the Platform Filling and Saving team, responsible for making it effortless for users to fill and save passwords, passkeys, addresses, credit cards, and more
  • Bring deep technical understanding of platform nuances to craft delightful, reliable, and performant experiences
  • Represent the voice of the customer to motivate the team
  • Focus on execution: move fast, ship efficiently, and measure what matters
  • Demonstrate customer empathy to understand and solve real user problems
  • Communicate effectively to rally teams and stakeholders around a shared vision
  • Align go-to-market strategies by connecting product strategy to business outcomes
  • Articulate how platform and technical choices set the product apart
