As we continue to innovate, we are looking for a Product Manager who can drive product excellence and create impactful solutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the development of our digital products, ensuring they align with the needs of guests, homeowners, and Portoro staff. You will be responsible for identifying key challenges, driving intuitive product solutions, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and deeply understand our customers' needs across guests, homeowners, and internal teams, aligning UX, technology, and business objectives to solve problems effectively.
  • Manage and prioritize feature development, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations.
  • Lead Product Designers in crafting thoughtful, intuitive, and complete features with a strong emphasis on UI/UX excellence.
  • Facilitate communication, review, and approval of designed features with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Write clear and actionable product specifications, balancing detail and lean execution to streamline development.
  • Review each developed feature for quality assurance before launch, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Oversee product launches, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve team workflows, processes, and tools, driving efficiency and quality in product execution.
  • Implement and oversee monitoring strategies to track product performance and ensure ongoing improvements.
  • Gather and respond to feedback, proactively prioritizing bug fixes and product enhancements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, systems, and integrations, documenting them as needed.
  • Provide support to Operations, Guest Experience, and Homeowner Success teams by troubleshooting product issues and offering solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven or hospitality-related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and digital product development.
  • Experience working with a cross-functional team.
  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about UX/UI design and dedicated to delivering an exceptional user experience.
  • A strong communicator who can effectively align diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in writing clear and actionable product specifications.
  • Adept at working in fast-paced environments.
  • Experienced in using data and customer insights to drive decision-making.
