Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap: Build, prioritize, and maintain a living roadmap reflecting customer needs, company strategy, and resources to drive sales, renewals, and customer trust
  • Lead cross-functional execution: Rally engineers, designers, operations, and analysts; remove blockers, resolve tradeoffs, ensure focus on highest-impact problems
  • Champion the customer: Be the company's expert on Obscura customers and their privacy/security threats; integrate their voice into roadmap decisions
  • Translate complexity into clarity: Combine customer needs with technical opportunities/constraints to produce actionable requirements
  • Set the bar for quality: Establish high standards and processes to meet them
  • Manage supply chain complexity: Partner with operations for end-to-end delivery, including vendor alignment, demand forecasting, inventory management, and high-quality shipments
