Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in product management for SaaS products or Internet services at tech companies, with desirable experience in Proptech/residential property management and building LLM-powered solutions. They should also have experience in mentoring product managers or leading a product team, along with a high degree of user empathy and strong product sense, the ability to quickly understand business and user needs, and adeptness in leveraging data and metrics for decision-making.

Responsibilities

The Product Lead will own the success of the company’s products, articulate a product vision and roadmap, lead PMs, designers, growth and cross functional teams, lead product discovery and validation, frame problems and define product requirements, collaborate with business and operation teams to define an awesome user experience, act as the connective glue for other teams and stakeholders, set and analyze metrics for evaluating product performance, plan and drive projects, and jump in when needed to unblock others.
