Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of work experience, 1+ years of product management experience at a consumer technology company with examples of end-to-end ownership of impactful features, experience or demonstrated comfort working in a startup environment, strong mission alignment, and technical competency – experience working with or alongside technical systems and engineering functions.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will drive the end-to-end definition and execution of several features across benefits, acting as the Subject Matter Expert for one or multiple feature launches, coordinate with design and engineering to align on the scope and requirements for small to medium-sized projects, collaborate with data, engineering, and product operations to align on the correct rollout or experimentation strategy, produce effective documentation to drive clarity around project requirements, leverage learnings and insights from each release to propose new data-driven ideas and investments, communicate the user and business impact of the work, maintain a healthy culture and cadence around reviewing data and insights, and build expertise in the benefits space.
