[Remote] Data Science Architect, Member Experience at Devoted Health

You'll join a small, senior, high-trust group at the intersection of data science, operations, and AI infrastructure, reporting into Devoted’s Data Science team and partnering closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Member Experience leaders, while mentoring and learning from exceptional peers in a culture that values curiosity, rigor, and speed.

A strong candidate has 7+ years in senior data science or ML architecture roles, proven experience deploying ML and LLM systems in production, strong Python/SQL skills with modern data tools, and the ability to solve ambiguous problems with measurable impact while communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders; desired experience includes member service operations or healthcare data environments.
