  • Proven track record of success in a technical role

  • Excellent networking skills with an ability to collaborate with third parties involved in the sales cycle (EMS vehicle builders and suppliers)
  • Effective communication at all levels with the ability to maintain high level relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
  • Proven high-level problem-solving skills demonstrating the use of initiative to resolve issues/queries
  • Proven ability to organise project workflow and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Formal technical qualification/s (desirable)
  • English speaking (desirable)
  • Exposure to CRM system or similar (desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Responding to day to day enquiries and requests from existing transport customers (e.g., spare parts, inventory management, quality and service agreements)
  • Acting as a conduit between customer product technicians and Stryker’s own tech services personnel
  • Maintaining communication with global stakeholders to support product inquiry (PI), Field Actions (PFA and Recall)
  • Serving as first point of contact for technical pre-sales product enquiry and accessible post-sales technical support
  • Growing and developing business relationships within Stryker and with external parties
  • Gathering and disseminating client/stakeholder feedback from industry
  • Identifying changes needed in content and marketing materials
  • In-depth understanding of competitor products, activity and key wins
  • Supporting the growth of market share in the region
  • Acting as trusted and proactive product specialist
  • Supporting achievement of sales budget
  • Supporting growth of ProCare and technical service sales
  • Supporting technical aspects for tenders and proposals
  • Supporting clinical/operational trials within accounts
  • Supporting roll-out and implementation of products within EMS agencies as required
  • Supporting clinical and operational education/inservicing within both new and established accounts
  • Complying with policies, procedures and requirements including Stryker’s Mission, Values and Code of Conduct
