Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of product design experience, a strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and execution, and senior-level experience leading complex product initiatives. Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Photoshop is required, along with a strong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design principles. Experience with consumer-facing products in fast-paced, high-growth environments and excellent communication skills are also necessary. In-house product experience is mandatory, while agency experience and conversational AI experience are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Product Designer II will drive strategic product initiatives from concept to launch, influencing product strategy and business outcomes through design thinking. They will design and prototype end-to-end user experiences with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and considering all interactions, animations, and transitions. This role involves championing design excellence by treating product as an extension of the brand, leading cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Product Management, and taking senior-level ownership to influence company-wide design decisions. Additionally, they will provide strategic leadership within the design organization, helping to shape team culture and design standards, and mentor junior design talent.
