Responsibilities

The In-House Representative will identify and outreach to providers via phone or in person to educate them on Devoted Health and initiate the contract process, following established guidelines. They will communicate effectively with internal teams about contracting issues, field calls and respond to emails from providers requesting network access, and support Network Field Leads in obtaining contract signatures. Additionally, they will support Network Development by coordinating with Network Operations and reviewing necessary documents, and provide overall support to Network Development and Value Based Contracting Leadership as needed.
