Responsibilities

  • Focus on the customer: Shape, conduct, and translate user research to understand latent needs and the “why” behind feedback, creating actionable insights for physical and digital product experience strategy and design
  • Be a visual and verbal storyteller: Craft and communicate compelling, forward-facing, differentiated concepts relevant to customer and business needs
  • Add clarity to ambiguous problem spaces: Tease out key characteristics of users, their environments, and market expectations to support prioritized and intuitive experiences
  • Collaborate: Partner with multi-disciplinary teams in Engineering, Product, Design, Scrum, and Quality
  • Be involved in the full lifecycle: Advocate for tactility, accessibility, customer needs, and design excellence; measure results of on-time solutions and partner with PMs to evaluate how well they address design and product needs
