Requirements

Candidates should possess a degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Product Design, Interaction Design, Information Design, or equivalent experience, and 0-2+ years of Product Design experience. Familiarity with design techniques such as storyboarding, information architecture, interaction models, user research, and wireframes is required, along with experience using Figma and FigJam, and the ability to create complex prototypes using Figma, Principle, Framer, code, or other prototyping tools. A design portfolio demonstrating relevant work with case studies is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Product Designer, you will partner with product managers and engineers to define and deliver new products and features, drive UX development across the organization, and push for the best experiences for job seekers and employers. You will lead collaboration with product managers, engineers, and the design team to conceptualize and create innovative experiences, take UX ownership of significant product areas, lead design reviews, elevate innovation through exploration projects, participate in user experience research, and iterate on designs based on research and testing.
