Requirements

Candidates should have a particular interest in applying their UX skills in an Enterprise SAAS company working on B2B applications, be excited by the prospect of tackling complex software challenges, and want to learn from their fellow designers and develop their design and research skills. They should also be comfortable conducting work in English and gather data and conduct research to understand current and potential users and how they get work done.

Responsibilities

The Product Designer will partner with product management, engineering, and design leadership to prioritize the Ecosystem user experience and ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across retailer connections, understand their users and build compelling end-to-end experiences that intuitively solve complex problems, conduct research in the service of understanding their users and the problems they face, design experiences that guide users through complex functionality so that their work feels faster and more rewarding, and advance in their craft and share their knowledge with the team.
