About the Opportunity: We are looking for a Product Designer to work in our Ecosystem group, ensuring brands can syndicate their marketing content quickly and easily to the online retailers they choose. With support and mentorship from your manager and other design leaders, you will partner with a product manager and engineering team to provide design support. You’ll ensure that retailers’ requirements are understood and that users’ needs are met. You’ll be one of three designers in the Ecosystem group and a member of a larger UX team that includes designers and technical writers.

Designers at Salsify build strong relationships with their product management and software engineering counterparts. Together, these cross-functional teams collaborate on the end-to-end process of delivering thoughtful and engaging experiences.

About You

  • You have a particular interest in applying your UX skills in an Enterprise SAAS company working on B2B applications.
  • You are excited by the prospect of tackling complex software challenges.
  • You want to learn from your fellow designers, and develop your design and research skills.
  • You partner directly with your Product Management and Engineering counterparts and feel a sense of ownership of your product.
  • You gather data and conduct research to understand current and potential users and how they get work done.
  • You want to deliver impactful, career-defining work to a critical product area.
  • You are comfortable conducting work in English.

What Success Looks Like

  • Partner with product management, engineering, and design leadership to prioritize the Ecosystem user experience and ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across our retailer connections.
  • Understand your users and build compelling end-to-end experiences that intuitively solve complex problems.
  • Conduct research in the service of understanding your users and the problems they face.
  • Design experiences that guide users through complex functionality so that their work feels faster and more rewarding.
  • Advance in your craft and share your knowledge with the team.
