Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, demonstrating a strong understanding of the design process and user experience principles. Experience working with conversational CRM platforms or customer service applications is preferred, along with a portfolio showcasing relevant design work and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and product spaces.
The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for understanding complex customer problems, designing intuitive and effective solutions, leveraging data to inform design decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences. They will also iterate on designs, foster alignment on design decisions, and continuously improve and polish designs to meet the highest standards of quality and usability, contributing to the overall success of the Kustomer product and customer service experience.
