Work with leadership team, product management, and engineering leads to shape product strategy and roadmap
Drive strategy for constructing amazing experiences for end users; work closely with users to identify opportunities to polish the product
Oversee and set high bar for design activities: user research, competitor research, interaction design, visual design, content design, user testing, and design systems
Be hands-on and drive critical design projects
Build and grow the design team
Cultivate a great design culture within the company
