Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, and ideally have 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a preference for experience in a SaaS or technology environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical modeling techniques is also desired.

Responsibilities

As a Product Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing product adoption data to uncover hidden patterns and trends, collaborating with various product verticals to interpret data and provide actionable insights. You will contribute to the optimization of the product offering by identifying client needs and supporting better targeting strategies, as well as working on cross-departmental initiatives to guide product releases and measure their impact. Furthermore, you will play a key role in the newly formed Product Data Hub sub-team, supporting the Contracts Data Unit in its mission to understand and improve product adoption.
