Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in a data science role.
  • Experience working in consumer tech.
  • Ability to write structured and efficient SQL queries on large datasets.
  • Experience designing A/B or multivariate tests and drawing actionable conclusions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge in growth, particularly for consumer products.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Strong communication skills, including clear articulation of thinking, proactive sharing of work, and a sharp ambiguity filter.
  • Strong product-focused strategic thinking ability, including identifying and refining product problems, and a vision for how data can drive strategy.

  • Help build the world's leading consumer education business by leveraging data.
  • Grow ClassDojo to its next major milestones and deepen brand loyalty.
  • Serve as an equal partner to product, engineering, and design teams.
  • Act as a senior leader on a high-performing, cross-functional team, shaping strategic direction.
  • Tackle a broad range of product and business problems, including uncovering user insights and identifying/testing product improvements.
