Responsibilities

  • Drive regional product and market strategy for Asia Pacific businesses
  • Define and drive the APAC product vision, roadmap, and localization strategy in alignment with global product direction and local market needs
  • Gather and analyze regional market trends, customer feedback, and competitor insights to inform product decisions and strategic planning
  • Identify and prioritize new market opportunities, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies to expand product adoption and revenue growth in APAC
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and success of regional product launches
  • Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs), analyzing results to improve strategy and execution
  • Lead the 80/20 deployment process from assessment to execution for selected business, identifying opportunities for waste reduction and velocity improvement across operational and transactional functions
  • Deliver breakthrough financial results, including productivity improvements and enhancements to customer experience
  • Communicate with employees at all levels to engage in problem solving and waste elimination
  • Direct and oversee execution of targeted transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects, ensuring effective project planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Personally coach/train/develop/assess and deliver impact on most important priorities and metrics for the business
  • Drive the implementation of 80/20 thinking, methodologies, and tools to reduce complexity, reduce waste, and optimize resource allocation
  • Monitor, drive, and deliver results on key metrics by collaborating with workstream teams to ensure system for monitoring and evaluating continuous improvement initiatives
  • Track financial performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress, identify countermeasures where needed, and drive results
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations highlighting achievements and recommended actions
