A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a calm, adaptable approach under pressure is required, along with strong leadership, motivational, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for creativity and storytelling, a commitment to high-quality work, strong understanding of video production workflows, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management tools, and experience working with cross-functional and remote teams are also necessary. Experience working with regional or global brands and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative software are advantageous.
The Producer will oversee the end-to-end delivery of video projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standard. This includes managing the full video production lifecycle from concept to delivery, combining creative direction with strong project management. Responsibilities include interrogating client briefs, translating them into actionable project plans, developing and maintaining detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, overseeing production activities, ensuring creative excellence, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans, supporting and mentoring team members, managing vendor relationships, and tracking and reporting on project performance.
