Bachelor’s degree or above
Certifications (Preferred): CIA, CPA, CERM, or equivalent procurement certifications
Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in procurement, preferably within the internet industry or professional procurement consulting
Strong focus on procurement risk review, control, and management
Deep understanding in procurement philosophy, including procurement process and management, methodology, and best practices in cost control
Solid experience in managing corporate risks
Strong project management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

Conduct process assessments of procurement functions and provide optimization suggestions
Prepare and deliver supplier management reports
Develop cost analysis models and evaluate price benchmarks
Conduct compliance audits of company supplier admission and onsite inspections periodically
Design procurement-related internal control standards and policies
Provide professional advice to business stakeholders on procurement matters
Contribute to key procurement risk management projects and provide ad-hoc support
Review procurement procedures, identify risks, and offer strategic solutions
Drive continuous optimization of procurement procedures and cost savings initiatives
Coordinate with Audit Team to define procurement improvement areas and track progress
Promote company-wide awareness of procurement risks and cost controls through internal trainings and workshops
