Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Certifications (Preferred): CIA, CPA, CERM, or equivalent procurement certifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in procurement, preferably within the internet industry or professional procurement consulting
  • Strong focus on procurement risk review, control, and management
  • Deep understanding in procurement philosophy, including procurement process and management, methodology, and best practices in cost control
  • Solid experience in managing corporate risks
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Conduct process assessments of procurement functions and provide optimization suggestions
  • Prepare and deliver supplier management reports
  • Develop cost analysis models and evaluate price benchmarks
  • Conduct compliance audits of company supplier admission and onsite inspections periodically
  • Design procurement-related internal control standards and policies
  • Provide professional advice to business stakeholders on procurement matters
  • Contribute to key procurement risk management projects and provide ad-hoc support
  • Review procurement procedures, identify risks, and offer strategic solutions
  • Drive continuous optimization of procurement procedures and cost savings initiatives
  • Coordinate with Audit Team to define procurement improvement areas and track progress
  • Promote company-wide awareness of procurement risks and cost controls through internal trainings and workshops
