Requirements

Ability to assist in executing production plans and coordinating with various departments
Skills in researching, analyzing, and improving abnormal events to achieve suppression results
Capability to maintain normal factory operations and product production
Knowledge of EHS&Q (Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality) systems implementation
Proficiency in raw material/product inspection and analysis
Competence in performing basic equipment maintenance and upkeep
Ability to assist in establishing standardized procedures/steps and improvements
Expertise in analyzing and improving process equipment failure causes
Skills in improving and enhancing production efficiency
Experience in managing inbound/outbound shipments within the factory
Ability to manage inventory and production reports
Willingness to complete other tasks assigned by supervisors

Responsibilities

Assist in achieving production plans and coordinating departmental work to reach high-efficiency production, zero-defect quality, and maximum pipeline customer satisfaction
Research, analyze, and improve abnormal events to achieve inhibitory results
Maintain normal factory operations and product production
Implement EHS&Q systems
Conduct raw material/product inspection and analysis
Perform basic equipment maintenance and upkeep
Assist in establishing standardized document procedures/steps and improvements
Analyze causes of process equipment failures and implement improvements
Improve and enhance production efficiency
Manage factory inbound/outbound shipments
Manage inventory and production reports
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors
