Support DFx Guideline Development
Lead New Customer/Product Introductions
Manage Process Controls
Lead New Technology Development/Implementation
Exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values
Focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential
Manage, control, and improve the Process engineering technologies at the site level, including quoting new opportunities as needed
