Responsibilities

This includes completing ICQA, supporting the associate team, quarterbacking shift activities, escalating site issues, ensuring checklists are completed, overseeing facility operations, developing and training new associates, manually intervening in driver routing, conducting damage and expiry process audits, assisting in meeting performance objectives, troubleshooting defects, and handling products containing tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol.
