Requirements

The Principal Technical Program Manager requires 7+ years of Technical program management in Hardware/ SW System design, AI/ML SW development in AI domains, a B.S. in engineering, computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience, and hands-on experience with either System board design, System Software development, or AI/ML SW development. Candidates should demonstrate experience working with external vendors and possess an understanding of AI Software development and data center SW stack.

Responsibilities

This role involves leading and managing end-to-end projects encompassing HW design, System SW, ML Compiler, Inference Engine, Infrastructure SW, and the larger AI SW stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Hardware Systems, Systems SW, product management, and operations. The Program Manager will provide deep technical guidance on AI chip architectures, FPGA, interconnects, and low-level Embedded SW, drive communication internally and externally, define and track goals, prioritize tasks, provide programmatic guidance and mentorship, monitor project execution, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies, and contribute to the AI Software product cycle from concept to delivery.
