The Principal Technical Product Manager will develop and articulate a product vision and strategy for Conversational AI, define and prioritize product features, create and maintain a product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, champion a user-centric approach, conduct market analysis, engage with customers, contribute to go-to-market strategies, track performance metrics, and serve as a thought leader within the industry.
