As a Principal Product Manager for AI Products, the individual will define the roadmap for the AI product suite, evaluate AI's potential to enhance candidate evaluation, collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop new innovative interview products, prioritize features based on customer needs, analyze assessment data to improve accuracy, design experiments to evaluate different approaches, monitor performance metrics, partner with Go-to-Market teams on expansion strategies, and ensure smooth operations for existing customers while evaluating AI susceptibility of current offerings and implementing appropriate safeguards.
