They must demonstrate the ability to influence product and engineering organizations and navigate complex, ambiguous challenges, along with experience concurrently leading multiple product areas.
The Principal Product Manager will spearhead the strategy and execution for key product areas, leading a team of passionate engineers to deliver impactful features aligned with the company’s vision, strengthening customer retention, accelerating customer growth, streamlining customer workflows, and redefining user experience. They will use insightful research and metrics to construct and defend their ideas, communicate their work to all audiences, including executives, and advocate for design excellence while collaborating with product managers, technical leads, customers, and other stakeholders to introduce, iterate, and clarify requirements.
