About The Role

Our team is looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our cutting-edge AI Decisioning product, purpose-built to empower marketers to maximize customer lifetime value with reinforcement learning and AI agents. In this role, you'll drive the positioning, messaging, and enablement that helps CRM marketers unlock the power of data and AI to create personalized customer journeys. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to define GTM strategies, develop impactful messaging, create sales enablement assets, and evangelize the product’s value at events and webinars. Responsibilities

  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop and refine positioning for AI Decisioning that speaks directly to marketing personas, emphasizing use cases like 1:1 personalization, customer journey optimization, and continuous experimentation.
  • Market Research: Conduct user research with marketing professionals to identify their pain points, uncover market opportunities, and position our product as the ultimate solution for their challenges.
  • Enablement Materials: Create sales decks, training materials, and other enablement assets.
