Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Previous experience with HR Systems fix and support is required, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience in system data support, technical support, or similar roles. Experience with SNOW ticketing system or similar would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Systems Analysis Lead will functional lead a distributed team of 6 in monitoring data flows in our HR systems, with a focus on Oracle Fusion HCM, and determine any issues/errors. They will deliver end-user support for Oracle through a structured ticketing system, resolving technical inquiries efficiently. The role involves completing audits to ensure data integrity within Oracle, conducting detailed analysis and effectively implementing resolutions. The Systems Analysis Lead will assist in data conversion activities, including mass data loads (HSDLs), to maintain data accuracy. They will collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure efficient support and successful project outcomes, provide core HR data support related to Workday in conjunction with other teams, conduct in-depth research on system issues, proposing and implementing process improvements to improve operational efficiency, and review and update existing work instructions to reflect system changes and standard processes.
