Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, with a strong focus on cloud environments and automation. Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure as code, containerization technologies (like Docker and Kubernetes), and monitoring tools is essential. Experience with observability practices, including SLOs and metrics, is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Principal SRE, you will be responsible for driving reliability practices across engineering teams, coaching them on observability best practices, analyzing service performance, and recommending infrastructure and code changes to improve capacity and performance. You will also manage cross-functional requirements, enable scaling of enterprise operations, mentor on design reviews and code quality, influence architectural design, and drive operational excellence to deliver a frictionless operation and optimal customer experience.
