Candidates should have experience working in a start-up environment and possess expertise in deploying and automating modern SaaS platforms at scale. They must be capable of building and scaling high-quality products and environments, have experience designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available and scalable database solutions, ideally with PostgreSQL, and demonstrate a passion for implementing and supporting observability platforms, SLOs, monitoring, and alerting.
The Staff Site Reliability Engineer will provision infrastructure and tooling required to deliver the Assured platform, create automated tooling to configure and maintain services, build sustainable methods for monitoring and managing platforms, work with various teams to improve observability, identify and implement strategies for security compliance, handle incident support, and lead and mentor other engineers on the team.
