Nava is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Deputy Program Manager (DPM) / Principal Project Manager to lead and support a key strategic program. This role requires strong technical and advanced project management skills, with a proven ability to lead subordinate project management teams. The DPM will collaborate with the Program Manager to establish transparent reporting, quality control, execution plans, and effective standards for project teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks is essential. The DPM will report to the Director of Project Management and is expected to travel approximately 25% for client meetings and engagements.
