Requirements

  • 3+ years in ITSM Change Management, with exposure to regulated industries
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipeline integrations
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow workflows, reporting, and data modeling
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL & NIST)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ITIL v4, DevOps Foundation, ServiceNow System Admin (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Champion automation and simplification of change workflows across CI/CD pipelines
  • Drive accountability of all teams involved in change process
  • Design and maintain lightweight change workflows within CI/CD pipelines
  • Partner with engineering, compliance, and risk teams to embed policy into automated workflows
  • Leverage ServiceNow for data-driven visibility and traceability across changes
  • Improve CI selection practices to support automation and CSDM principles focusing on risk reduction and visibility
  • Ability to provide real-time response to time sensitive requests
  • Accountable for adhering to Change Management policies
  • Ensures change requests meet minimal change management requirements thereby minimizing risk of changes having an adverse customer/client impact
  • Serve as a change ambassador, educating IT partners on automation capabilities and streamlined processes
