Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales, Solutions Architects, Solution Consulting, and Product teams to position, message, and brand Vendia’s platform and solutions
  • Own customer-facing assets
  • Drive presence on digital channels like website, social, and media
  • Engage with analysts
  • Enable sales
  • Manage customer advocacy
  • Define and execute strategies needed to reach different customer segments
  • Listen to users and prospects to gather qualitative and quantitative insights that inform messaging, positioning, etc., to attract, convert, and retain customers
  • Understand and enable the entire lifecycle of customer relationships
  • Develop and evolve product positioning, messaging, and associated content (e.g., sales tools, web content, case studies), informed by user research, market insights, industry understanding, and customer buying process
  • Develop, run, and analyze experiments with GTM teams to uncover non-linear scaling motions
  • Advocate for existing and prospective users, stay informed about competitive landscape, and influence product vision and strategy
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, solution consulting, solution architects, product management, design, and engineering) to develop go-to-market strategy and drive product launches
  • Drive analyst and influencer relationships, from top-tier analysts like Gartner to industry influencers in technology and business applications markets
  • Help drive GTM motions with technology and services partners
  • Contribute to company-level OKRs, including adoption, pipeline, and revenue
