Responsibilities

  • Lead large multi-year strategic programs focused on evolving and scaling Athlete Experience
  • Oversee all aspects of program management
  • Provide oversight and guidance to a team of stakeholders
  • Drive integration across teams and initiatives
  • Manage a network of strategic alliances
  • Drive process adherence to facilitate efficient outcomes
  • Lead the planning, oversight, and coordination of all Supply Chain portfolios
  • Facilitate cross-domain alignment and coordination
  • Partner with Supply Chain product managers on intake and demand planning
  • Engage all disciplines across the technology team to facilitate capacity planning
  • Utilize defined practices, tools, and deliverables to track and report on program progress
  • Mature and tailor practices, deliverables, and/or tools to work across multiple portfolios and/or domain areas
  • Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members
  • Initiate and lead the governance and delivery of Supply Chain portfolio outcomes
  • Identify and communicate actions needed to implement the Supply Chain function's strategy and business plan
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and plans
  • Lead the planning and dissemination of innovative capabilities across the businesses
