Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of product management experience in a big tech or startup setting, with a proven history of launching successful consumer-facing mobile app products. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Experience leading onboarding and activation areas, as well as experience in mobility or transportation fields, are considered a plus. MBA or an advanced degree in a related field and prior experience in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment are preferred. Applicants must be located in the US or Canada.
The Principal Product Manager will lead the development and optimization of Lime's mobile application to enhance the rider experience, focusing on new rider growth, onboarding, first trip activation, and ongoing engagement. This role involves driving continuous improvement of the rider journey, analyzing user feedback and market trends to inform product strategy, and collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to implement new features. Responsibilities include managing the entire product lifecycle, prioritizing the product backlog, and establishing key performance indicators to measure product success. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and product evaluations.
Provides shared electric bikes and scooters
Lime operates in the micromobility market, providing shared electric bikes and scooters for rent through a mobile app. Users can easily locate, unlock, and pay for these vehicles, making it a convenient option for short-distance travel. The company generates revenue primarily through ride fees, which include a base fee and a per-minute charge.
