Responsibilities

• Manage a product management team directly or through other managers.
• Build "WoW Experiences" for users by delivering and driving critical products with significant impact on key metrics.
• Create and own platform products that can scale and contribute to long-term product and service development.
• Mentor and educate other product managers across the organization.
• Manage and execute decisions regarding the high-level technical architecture and UI/UX designs of projects.
• Write technical PRDs and collaborate with engineering and design teams to execute the product roadmap.
• Define and prioritize product challenges and opportunities, leading to product growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand user problems and needs, formulating achievable requirements for development teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or at least 3 years of technical experience.
• At least 8 years of Product Management or an equivalent role.
• Business level of English language (written, verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technology-related field or at least 3 years of technical experience.
• Ability to break down complex technical or business problems into deliverables, considering stakeholders and business impact.
• Track record of working in a fast-paced environment, startup, or on user-facing products.
• “Get Things Done” attitude – a strong focus on action and execution.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Japanese language proficiency is preferred.
