Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience (or equivalent), with a minimum of 5 years as a PM in enterprise SaaS, AI/ML, or deeply technical domains
  • Proven track record of shipping complex, enterprise-grade, data-driven or AI-driven products (ideally in regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, or finance)
  • Strong technical acumen — ability to engage confidently with engineers and architects about APIs, data models, system architecture, integrations, security and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, communicate clearly, and influence senior leaders and stakeholders across functions
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environments and driving clarity, prioritization, and execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related technical field (or equivalent professional experience)

Responsibilities

  • Define the long-range product vision and roadmap for a significant platform pillar of the AI agent offering — guiding ideas from concept through market launch, adoption, iteration, and scale
  • Engage and partner with strategic enterprise customers (including Fortune 500 and high-growth startups) to deeply understand their needs, influence product direction, and secure product/market fit in regulated industries
  • Translate high-level strategy into clear, compelling product requirements and success metrics; work across engineering, design, deployment, and go-to-market to deliver robust, scalable, and enterprise-grade solutions
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and rigorous measurement frameworks for agent performance, business impact (ROI), compliance, and trust; drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights
  • Serve as the product champion, influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders; articulate trade-offs, ensure alignment, manage dependencies, and escalate appropriately to remove obstacles
  • Mentor and coach other product managers, share best practices, and help build a high-performing product organization as we scale
