Requirements

12+ years of experience in an HR or People Partner role, with a strong focus on strategic people leadership and organizational development
Proven experience in a deeply technical and fast-growing environment, with expertise in org design and talent management
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive implementation
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to coach and influence at all levels, from individual contributors to senior executives
Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills
A results-driven mindset with a bias toward action and implementation
The ability to be the "right-hand" to the CTO while keeping the engineering organization integrated and cohesive with the company's overall objectives

Responsibilities

Act as the primary people partner for the Chief Technology Officer, providing strategic guidance and support to build a world-class engineering organization
Partner with engineering leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and scaling the team effectively to meet business goals
Coach and mentor leaders at all levels to enhance their leadership and management capabilities, foster a positive culture, and drive team performance
Serve as the key liaison between the engineering organization and the broader People & Talent team, ensuring cohesive and consistent implementation of company-wide people programs related to performance management, compensation, and career development
Support and manage local people operations issues while collaborating with centralized teams in Finland and India on programmatic elements
Maintain a systematic and detail-oriented approach to all people-related initiatives, ensuring accountability and consistent execution across the organization
Travel internationally up to two times per year to support global teams and initiatives
