ServiceNow is seeking a highly technical and customer-obsessed Outbound Product Manager to join the RaptorDB product team. RaptorDB is ServiceNow’s next-generation HTAP (Hybrid Transactional/Analytical Processing) database platform, launched in 2024 and rapidly becoming foundational to our platform’s performance, scalability, and intelligence.
As a key Outbound Product leader, you will be instrumental in shaping how ServiceNow’s customers understand, adopt, and unlock value from this innovative data platform. You will serve as the crucial link between product development, marketing, sales, and the customer, translating deep technical capabilities into compelling narratives, go-to-market strategies, and customer-facing content.
