A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital learning/learning innovation is required, including at least 2 years of applying AI in L&D. Strong data fluency, including experience with learning analytics, dashboards, and KPIs, is essential. The role also requires a proven track record of leading cross-functional pilots from concept to scaled implementation, experience managing vendor partnerships in the learning tech ecosystem, and comfort operating independently to make high-impact decisions in ambiguous environments. Executive presence with the ability to communicate project plans, roadmaps, and development outcomes to senior leadership is also necessary. Desired qualifications include an advanced degree in Education, Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, or a related field, experience influencing the adoption of new technologies in large, complex organizations, and recognition as a thought leader in learning innovation.
The Principal, Leadership Development Manager will design and deliver high-impact leadership development experiences for global leaders, driving skills development and enabling executive excellence. This role will act as a strategic thought partner and program lead for Twilio’s flagship leadership programs. Key responsibilities include designing, leading, and evolving high-visibility leadership development programs, acting as a strategic advisor to HRBPs and senior leaders, championing leadership mobility and growth, applying expert-level knowledge of learning science and leadership theory, owning program success end-to-end, influencing the broader learning agenda, managing relationships with external vendors, and facilitating training, team interventions, and learning opportunities.
